Important: we recommend fitment by a professional as this kit requires modifying the frame of your bike, which is irreversible.
Description
The Cortado kit gives your bike's back end a short rear loop and dramatic custom looks. As always with Motone products, their design, quality and finish are excellent.
No welding is required but you have to cut the rear frame (cutting template provided) and drill alignment holes. Detailed instructions are provided.
The kit includes everything required for the modification:
- short seat (ABS seat base + high-density polyurethane foam)
- steel rear loop & stainless steel fixings
- replacement mudguard/fender painted gloss black
- cutting template
- frame paint touch-up bottle & applicator
- plug&play rear loom
- LED tail light with bracket
- license plate bracket
What is not included is the indicators and their fixing bracket - we leave that to your choice and we suggest Motone's excellent Pico and Icon indicators, along with a pair of Tri-Line brackets to reposition them near the top of the shock absorbers for best effect.
