Our policy regarding returns is plain and simple:
You can return any product* which has not been opened nor used, with no limitation in time, against a full refund of the price paid.
* this does not apply for products available "on request" only, which cannot be returned as they have been obtained on your instruction and are not kept in our stock.
If there is something wrong with your order
In case your order has been wrongly packed, we will fix it.
If your order arrives damaged
If the box is visibly damaged when it is presented to you, make sure to note “parcel delivered damaged” with your signature. Send us pictures of the damaged box and we will manage the problem from there.
If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange an item
You can return any new, unused and unaltered item. Returned products must be include all the original box and/or packaging to be valid.
We cannot accept returns for
- items showing with signs of use, assembly or alteration
- items with any damage
- items that are incomplete or missing any part of their original manufacturer packaging
Returns process & shipping
1- Click on "Login" at the top of our website, or “My Account” if you are already logged in. Under your account visit “My Orders” and click "View" on the corresponding order.
2- At the bottom of the order page click on “Return item”, then indicate what you would like to return. Indicate the reason for the return, the outcome you expect, and add any comment necessary. Click “Send”.
3- We will review your request and send you the returns instructions by email within 1-2 working days.
4- Send the item(s) back to us, taking care to pack and protect them sufficiently. Please retain your return tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost during a return shipment.
5- Upon reception we will inspect the return parcel and (if everything is in order) process the refund within 2-3 working days.

- In the case of a return decided by you, the return postage charges will be yours to pay. Once your return request has been processed, you will return an authorisation email but no return voucher. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
- In the case of a faulty or incorrect product, we will send you a return voucher so that you can do so at our cost. All you will have to do is drop the parcel off at a local post office or collection point.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the price paid, either via credit to your original payment method*, or as a purchase voucher (credit) on our site.
* For orders paid by bank transfer, all refunds will be issued as a voucher valid on our site; we cannot reverse a bank transfer.
Please note that repayments on cards may take 2-10 business days depending on your credit card company.
