Stainless steel 2-into-2 exhaust line with side outlets.
The dB-killers are integrated within the pipes for a complete look. The pipes are double-layered, with a layer of soundproofing sandwiched between two concentric steel pipes. Diameter 60mm at their widest. The conical shape of the downpipes also allows a better "outdraft", hence a faster exit for the exhaust gases and a performance gain.
Available as an option in "Euro4 certified" version, in this case the baffles are replaced with two mini-catalysts in the downpipes. In this version the system is supplied with Euro4 certificate.
Does not exist with Euro5 certification.
Available in polished stainless steel, brushed stainless steel or ceramic black (powder-coated then baked in 300C autoclave oven for strong resistance).
Weight only 5 kg, less than half of the original exhausts.
Noise level intermediate 3/10, one step louder than stock with a more "direct" sound. Removable baffles.
The baffles/catalysts are easily removed if you want a bigger soundtrack, but in this case you lose the legal certification.
The downpipes include the locations to re-fit the O2 sensors.
No modification of the engine management required, the ECU will automatically adapt the map to the new parameters.
