Our shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the destination and weight of the parcel. The website will give you a confirmed shipping charge once you have validated the basket/cart and entered a delivery address.
Air shipments are subject to a "volumetric weight" calculation which takes into account the size of the parcel.
The shipping charges quoted are automatically given by the different parcel companies* we work with, we do not charge extra or take a margin on shipments. Unfortunately in recent years the shipping charges have increased a lot, but there is not much we can do other than not charge a premium on this.
*depending on destinations we mainly use Colissimo (the largest French parcel service), Chronopost, DHL and DPD.
