The kit includes

The kit DOES NOT include the side rails which are necessary to keep the bags away from the rear wheel. These depend on your bike.

Maintenance
We recommend a regular re-waxing of the textile parts of the saddlebags, for a longer life and preserved looks. See wax as an option below.
